Our Turnkey Interior Design Process
A luxury experience from your first call to every day in your new home.
1. Discovery & Initial Evaluation
Our designs are inspired by our clients’ stories, their discerning tastes, and their lifestyles, which is why every project starts with an evaluation of how your home currently works for you and the changes that will make it function better.
We discuss how you intend to use the home, your preferences, and the current conditions of the site itself. These initial meetings set the foundation for a relationship founded on a mutual understanding of goals and objectives as we move into design development.
2. Conceptual Design Plans
We thoroughly review architectural plans provided by your architect or builder and offer expert recommendations for modifications that fit the goals of the design. We complete the interior features with unique ceiling designs and custom wall treatments that impact the entire feel of the home.
Photorealistic Drawings
During this process, we prepare to-scale CAD drawings and 3D photorealistic renderings. These renderings serve two purposes: to ensure your confidence in the design before any purchases or construction begins, and to keep your overall process efficient, preventing the need for future costly change orders later.
During your first Design Presentation, you will be able to “see” what your final home will look and feel like, including architectural details, overall layout, fabric and finish selections, details such as wallpaper, accessories, and more.

3. Material & Product Sourcing
Once the design direction is approved, we source all of the necessary materials for construction, including appliances, cabinetry, stone and tile, flooring, countertops, moulding, plumbing fixtures and hardware.
Selections or custom commissions are also made for furniture, lighting, window treatments, bedding, area rugs, art, accessories, and more. We present our selections to you for approval and feedback, refining along the way until it meets your every desire.
4. Project Management
An important part of our turnkey experience is project management. After we provide our drawings for execution we effectively communicate with your builder or contractor.
We make ourselves available to answer their questions, oversee on-site progress, and ensure your project follows the original design vision, goals, investment plan, and quality expectations.
5. Furnishings Procurement
We procure furnishings for your home utilizing the to- the-trade furniture showroom where our design studio is located. Our services include precise ordering, tracking shipments, inspecting product quality, and securing and storing items in our own receiving warehouse.
We also coordinate installation-day deliveries to align with the construction's projected completion date.
6. Installation & Unveiling
When construction is complete, we orchestrate the installation of your furnishings and decor, including furniture, window treatments, rugs, lighting, wallcoverings, bedding, and accessories.
Once the home has come together and the finishing touches are complete, it's all yours to enjoy!
