Gulf Shore Boulevard • Vistas

Located on Gulf Shore Boulevard, this shared condo and vacation home belongs to two sisters from Texas. To modernize and maximize the space for their visiting families, we reconfigured several walls, raised the ceilings, added a bar area, increased livable space, and designed the home for luxury and comfort. Special touches include the crosscut, backlit agate stone behind the bar, a living room accent wall that invites the ocean view indoors, a large and eye-catching glass shower cube for two, and furnishings hand-selected for their quality and longevity.
