Bear’s Paw • Landings II

Our creative client envisioned more than just additional square footage when she expanded the couple’s second floor with the addition of an extra bedroom. She sought thoughtfully designed spaces that would provide a new office for her and welcome their grown children home with en suites for each bedroom. Her custom designed office doubles as a third bedroom with the design of an integrated Murphy bed wall accessible by pulling on the art affixed to the front of the bed.

Other key design elements include an artistic layered color palette, customized vanity areas that maximize each bathroom’s efficiency, and plush textiles that balance comfort with visual interest. This sophisticated addition’s design seamlessly extends the home's architectural language, proof that thoughtful design can strengthen the bonds between spaces and the people who inhabit them.
